At The Moderne at Providence, we understand that pets are part of the household. Our apartment community in Huntsville, AL 35806 welcomes pets and offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 742 to 1,400 square feet, providing flexibility for residents and their companions.

Located at 30 Gates Mill Street NW and near Providence Main Street, MidCity, Research Park Boulevard, and Bridge Street Town Centre, our community provides convenient access to nearby parks, walking trails, and green spaces throughout Huntsville and the greater Madison County area, making everyday routines with your pet simple and accessible.

We use PetScreening.com, a third-party screening service that will review all household pets, verify reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and ensure that all residents are aware of our pet policies.

All current and future residents are required to complete and maintain at least one of these pet profiles throughout their residency, including those who do not own a pet.

We understand that pets can be an important part of your life, which is why we strive to make our pet screening process as easy and convenient as possible. The screening can be completed online at any time prior to move-in, and the results are typically available immediately. For those who have assistance animals, the screenings may require additional time.

Pet Policy & Community Guidelines

The Moderne at Providence permits up to two pets per apartment home. We welcome dogs and cats as common household pets.

Exotic animals including reptiles, rodents, birds of prey, or similar species are not permitted within the community.

Fees & Monthly Charges

$350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
$25 monthly pet rent per pet

To maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents, pet owners are expected to properly dispose of pet waste, keep pets leashed in shared areas, prevent excessive noise or disturbance, maintain current vaccinations, and follow all established community pet guidelines.

Our Huntsville location near Providence, MidCity, and Research Park provides convenient access to veterinary clinics, pet supply stores, grooming services, and other pet care providers throughout the 35806 area.

Breed Restrictions & Safety Standards

For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain breed restrictions apply. Unless designated as service animals, the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted:
